Helium Inflated balloons : What you need to know

We are now able to offer the delivery of Helium Inflated Balloons for some of our collections. Before you order here are a few things you should know.

Where we deliver helium inflated balloons

This service is currently only available to addresses in England & Wales

Orders made for addresses outside of England will be cancelled and refunded.

Delivery dates

If you have not placed a specific date on your order we will attempt to contact you twice.

If we receive no response, your order will be dispatched on the following, Monday or Thursday whichever comes first.

Our courier does not offer Sunday deliveries therefore we advise ordering for the Friday or Saturday. 

Nominated day delivery

Despite our best efforts, due to the current circumstances, our courier cannot guarantee nominated day delivery, as such we advise selecting the day before your event for the delivery of your balloons.

Delivery costs

There is a surcharge of £8.00 for the delivery of helium inflated balloons on a Saturday.

If you select a Saturday delivery but select free shipping at the checkout, your order will be delivered on the Friday prior.

Refunds & Cancellations

We cannot cancel or refund your order once it has been dispatched.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible on cley@cleycelebrations.com

We can only refund your order if it arrives damaged or defective. We will ask for photographic evidence of this.
